My nails are now at their ideal length for the first time in years, despite doing a fair bit of handyman and gardening activities (which usually spells doom for my plan to grow nails). Nails and Hair are made of Protein, and Peanut Butter has the protein and oils to help your nails and hair.
My nails grow like weeds, and are hard enough, that I chip wood and slit open boxes with them. I need to cut them with a side cutter, I can't use a regular nail trimmer.
And I just cut my hair last year, it was almost down to my ankles, and it is already half way down my back again... |

That is more genetics! My younger brother is balder than a cue-ball, has been since his twenties (My Mom's side). I am 57, and have yet to get grey hair (I still don't know what you have to do to earn it...) My Dad's side. Drives my Sisters crazy... |
