Location: Sao Paulo - BRAZIL | Dear fellows. At first, thanks a lot for accepting me in your club. I have a deep respect for such a friendly and cooperative initiative. I live in Sao Paulo, BRAZIL, and have this lovely 1995´Legend 1767 staring at me and begging for a new rosette. For my despair customer service is simply unavailable here. I believe Ovation lovers may easily understand how it feels.
The original rosette has twisted and lost the color in some sections. I was fortunate in getting a generous offer from Ovation USA to supply me a new rosette (great Company, with great people, despite all these recent merging and managerial issues!!!).
However, Ovation USA can ship this part only to USA addresses and I do not know anyone in there. So I kindly ask if someone from this Club could help me in accepting to receive this part from Ovation and mail it to me in Brazil. Of course I would send the shipping charge in advance through wire transfer or postal vaucher.
