Not sure about you but Jeff and Cliff clearly have no imagination. (but are so predictable...watch for one of them to attack me with a witty repartee!) |

As for me, when I first joined, I was a begging for info about Ovations. If the shoe fits.... |

normally i use nick shovel over the internet - that nick came from dictionary to be honest]
11 years ago i was about to connect to internet first time and i went to IRC, but i had to have nick. so i took polish english dictionary, opened it on random page and with closed eyes i've pointed word with my finger.
Now, after the years, i think it's good that i didn't end up with something more stupid. |

Location: Utah | Many moons ago, I started visiting a forum that required a moniker. The forum is the Sigforum, for Sig Sauer firearms enthusiasts. It's the same kind of offbeat and eclectic approach to fanmanship as this place has, just for gun nuts.
Since I fly for a living, and the forum was for Sig firearms, the only thing my brain could come up with was FlySig.
Like Mark from Boise, life is too complicated to have different usernames and passwords for every place I go. |

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | I never actually intended to keep mine. I just used it to set up the forums with the intent of only posting system messages and important info with that ID. I have been "MilesKB" (my name and initials) since I got online in the 80's. As soon as I launched the forums, things took off so fast, that enough people knew me as "Mr. Ovation" here, so I kept it. |
