Just came back from 6 weeks overseas, and the weather has started to warm up. Sure enough, my LAV Koa had gone out of adjustment and needed a tweak on the truss rod to get it back straight. All done and that's fine, so I thought I'd check the Adami (which all hang on walls in the same room) and every single one of them was dead straight.

Now that I think about it, I've almost never adjusted them, but the LAV Koa seems to need adjusting twice a year (loosen in Autumn, tighten in Spring). Any idea why they would be different?

That was my first thought, then I realised it is the neck bending, not the top moving. Maybe the LX neck is more flexible than the two piece walnut necks?

Maybe a combo of both?
two-piece with wood top, five-piece with composite...
