Newly posted picture on FaceBook of what I am assuming to be Production Ovations - they have the New Logo, and seem to be Custom Legends! Can't see the back, so I don't know if they are Contour, Shallow, etc.

But new Ovations are being produced Kids! And they are being shown to people in the Industry!!!

BTW Bill X - Can I trade in my Korean made CS2079AX for one made here by John and the Boys????

The Black one has about an inch of bowl visible behind the preamp, so it's at least a mid-depth bowl, but more likely a deep or contour.

I was happy to see the specs sheet of a Red Elite T behind them...
Upon closer look, All of those guitars on the bulletin board are Celebrity's and TX's.

just sayin'...

Looks like offshore production to me. Something about the inlays. I'm not sure the logo placement on the headstock agrees with me. But you gotta love that the brand is not dead.

More likely AX models with glued in neck. I think that with recent models the TRC was only with LX type necks.

The logo looks photoshoped. I may be wrong.

Either way, I'm more inclined to buy something Lita Ford's endorsing over Melissa Etheridge.

I had enlarged the photo to see if that was just a sticker.
The photo doesn't have enough resolution to do that.

I do know that the guitar that Lita is holding is an Asian ADII...
(expensive Celebrity)

I enlarged it and adjusted the contrast to see the dots on the bridge.

Since when do rockers make duck faces?

When they got stoned and pierced their lower lip instead of their ear.

Announcement... Most body piercings look STUPID.
And many tattoos will look really stupid after you hit 60 years-old.

Ha ha! Yeah, I guess you're right. I'm a glass-half-full kind of guy, myself. In fact, once I found out that Ovation Guitars was for sale, I asked my wife if I could buy it. Not just a guitar, but the whole operation. She laughed, and laughed...

WRT to the gang here, the last thing they want to see out of this 'Phoenix' of Ovation is more models being built overseas, which is what I take all the comments about what can be seen in the photos of your office walls.
