Subject: WTB - Ovation Dual Stack Knob (1651)

I'm looking for the dual stack knob that came with the Ovation 1651 (black, vol on top, tone on bottom).
Does anyone have one of these or knows where to get it ? Or else if not the original where can I buy a knob that would fit?
