And if not Patch it should be the guy who has been most helpful to members and newbies posting here. That would be Old Man Arthur. He knows his O stuff and goes out of his way to look stuff up for others if he doesn't already have the info at his fingertips.
How about co-members of the year because they BOTH deserve it. |

During an argument yelling "YOU'RE A MEMBER" doesn't work for me.

Thank You, Thank You...
I appreciate all of the kind words.
I am sure that if more of you had access to the Welcome Center you would also greet the noobies with enthusiasm.
As to answering questions, I mostly refer people to Ovation Tribute or Ovation Gallery so I must give credit to where I get My information from.
But Thanks for the Honor.
Now I gotta buy a guitar hanger.

For all reasons stated above and a few more, well done.
"what happened to 2014?"...
.
The award went dormant for a few years.
The OFC went into a period of.... well... change.
There was talk of just sending it to the Mothership and let it sit in what was left of the production area.
Then news from the factory went from bad... to worse... to the worst that could possibly happen.
Weeks ago, weeks before DW let their re-launch plans be known, I felt it was time to send it back on the road.
I sought advice from some friends and they agreed.
.
So.... here's to a renaissance of the OFC, here's to a successful re-birth of Ovation, and here's to Old Man Arthur.... a true fan.

Damon67 and OMA responded to my first post 3 years ago. I was thinking about making an on-board solar powered battery charger for my iDea so that I would never have to change the batteries. Both welcomed me, but advised against such an 'extreme' solution, and I've been getting great advice and enjoyment being part of the OFC ever since! |

Hey Arthur, I love that picture on your wall! Was that one yours? Did you make that? Very cool!
I got that off eBay years ago.
Someone made it at a print shop as an experiment.
It is on some kinda cloth paper.
Coincidentally, I have an Orange Flamer so I grabbed it.
