Location: Carle Place, NY | 69 years old. I guess all those broken bones and his crazy lifestyle caught up with him. He certainly was unique and in some ways an icon and entertainment innovator. I always thought the red, white and blue leather jumpsuits were way cool. |

Location: Omaha, NE | I spent many a happy hour as a kid terrifying my mother as I sailed blissfully off an improvised bicycle launch ramp, channeling my inner "Evel". There were a few hard landings along the way, but it was well worth every moment. |
