Woody has had a long career as a stripper. |

Location: Pueblo West, CO | A lot of luthiers are using ZPoxy to pore fill. Some are even using CA glue, but CA can be tricky because of how fast it cures.
ZPoxy comes in several cure times including 5-minutes, 15-minutes and 30-minute. Other brands of epoxy can be used which have cure times of up to 2-hours. You could also use West Systems epoxy resin.
Keep in mind when using epoxies that the longer the cure time, the more rigid i.e.: brittle the finish. So, you would not want to use 5-minute epoxy because it cures to a semi-rubbery state. |
