Location: Utah | As of this week, I am no longer an illigitimate member of the Ovation Fan Club. As a combined Birthday/Christmas present, I have received a mint condition used 6778 Elite in Vintage Natural finish purchased out of the Classifieds here.
The picture was taken hastily with a cell phone before the wife whisked the guitar off to a secret hiding place until Dec 25. I think I hate her, letting me play it for only an hour and then taking it away! The sound is great, surprisingly different than the daughter's 1778T. The Op Pro just sounds fantastic, lively and real.

That guitar is beautiful. I haven't played one yet just like it, but I've played that configuration and know that the sound is wonderful. |

During high school all she could say was that she wanted to "Get the hell out of Utah". Now that she's at a small private upstate NY school, all she can talk about is coming back to the U next year and "Getting the hell out of NY".
Ironic, yes. Financially beneficial, too.

What'cha getting Next? Breadwinner, when I can afford it. If I see a white one, it goes to my 15 yr old daughter. Black goes to me. |

Location: Upper Left USA | As I was growing up my Mom would refer to me as her "Little Premee" around relatives. When I turned 18 she was finally brave enough to tell me why they never outwardly celebrated their Wedding Anniversary. It seems that the anniversary and my birthday party would be with in a month of each other...
If only kids these days could feel shame like our parents did!
