A friend from another guitar forum I frequent found this at a music store that was moving locations. He thought of me and asked if I needed it.

He has graciously offered to help whomever acquire it if needed. The guitar shop owner is asking $45, a very fair price. If you are seriously needing a case, this one looks to be in perfect new condition by the looks of the pics he texted me.

Tony wasn't sure if the owner would ship, but like I said, he'll help out a fellow guitar playing brother in need and do the deed if necessary.
