Let's Get Heavy

I just put a set of .014-.059 EJ18 D'Addario strings on my 1537 Elite. I tuned the guitar down a full step (DGCFAD). I was very surprised with the results. It's not too hard on the fingers. The volume and clarity are outstanding even with a capo. Many O fans here have multiple acoustic guitars, so I recommend giving it a try. Those specific strings and that tuning are what Ovation recommends. Don't really mind the E B being a little chunkier
