| Been waiting for #3 to arrive, and yesterday it did! The 1121-4 in the center now rounds off (basically), the models I've been on a quest for: 1) a classical, 2) a 12 string, and 3), a 6 string.
Still need to come up with a case for the classical, and also send the 12-er in for repairs. But, all three are now home, and looking good. Will look up their exact years, but I remember one is a 1978, and one an 1982.

| Thanks everyone. The 1121 is one of the easiest acoustics ve ever played. If not THE easiest. Ive strung it with T-I Plectrums, would love to hear it's recorded sound. Those strings are sublime on my 1972 Gibson Southern Jumbo Deluxe, but not what I expected on the Ovation. Will have to try some EBs, I think. |
