| The headstock has a nasty chunk missing, can New Hartford still do the repair work?
I had read there's a small repair dept still left there.
How/who would I need to contact?

Hopefully he can tell me about it being stereo. Was that an option then?

| How many 1655s were made as stereo? I can't seem to find any info on this.

Thanks Arthur, I got an email right away from him. Sent him the seller's pics of the trouble areas, and waiting his verdict. He said this model was never stereo, so must have been added. Hopefully he can set it straight, the stereo split seems awesome.

Got the 1655 stereo
