Those were the colors of almost all Buck Owens guitars, many of which are displayed at his 'Crystal Palace' nightclub in Bakersfield. Went there again for my daughter's 21st birthday and had a footstompin' good time listening to Buddy Owens (Bucks son) and most of the orginal Buckaroos band.

And yes, since you're wondering, there is a red, white and blue Ovation in one of the showcases. Can't see what model. Also of interest, there is a G&L telecaster noted as "the last guitar Leo Fender built before he died" which was presented to Buck.

If you're ever in town, this is a great dinner house with big dance floor and a great show almost every weekend (saw the Dixie Chicks there before they were big and controversial), but be sure to make reservations.
