I think The Folklore,(1614), would be nice but then I like the wider neck. |

Location: UK | Which has the narrowest neck ??, i have been getting thumb ache playing the 1537 which i have been studiously ignoring but ive a feeling it s something to do with the shape of the neck and the size of my hand |

| "Depending on condition of course..." the Legend Deluxe would be my first choice (bet it sounds superb after 30 years) followed by the Folklore. |

| The guitar you want is sitting here waiting for you - beautiful V neck, shallow bowl....... |

Only one that would be interesting for me is the 1614 (that has a wide neck, slothead).
Condition of Legend and 1121 would be to bad for me. And the Ultra is not interesting soundwise, if you have a 1537. Just my two cents.

Location: Boise, Idaho | I'm with Kurt. I didn't think they made a "Legend Deluxe" although they made a Deluxe Balladeer that became the Legend. I don't know when that occurred, so I don't know if I'd assume the Legend Deluxe was a Custom Legend or if the seller is just saying it's a very nice Legend. Anyway, the 1614 would be my pick to give you a wider neck with 12 frets to the body. I get some hand cramps, too, but I can't remember if one guitar causes it more than another. Only downside to a 1537 is it's so dang heavy. |
