| That's a beauty. I just bought a early model Legend, so i'm going to have to pass on this one. I think. |

| Cool - very early, no carved bridge or TRC and the metal label in the bowl. Winter Park isn't that far, tempted to go take a look (naw, I just got a CL not too long ago). |

Personally I think they should have stuck with the single diamond inlay in the plain walnut rod-cover rather than going to the carved cover. I like the continuity from that single inlay, to the 2 at the first fret, then the pattern gets more complex as it goes up the fingerboard. |

Location: Scotland | The early CL's had oval buttons that Schaller still use on their full-size classical machines. All the pics of the guitar show those oval buttons except that close-up which has the current shape. |

Location: Seoul, Korea | The ad says 'rare' and previous one being sold at 2.5 times the starting bid. Based on my recent O purchases, even the starting bid seems a bit high. Any opinion? THX |

| I haven't seen one like this with the MOP inlay on the TRC and bridge. All the old CL's you see for sale have the carved bridge and carved TRC for the older ones without the K-bar neck. The seller's right about the rarity. I don't think the starting price is unreasonable given that and the apparently very good condition. Hard to tell, 'though, if those lighter areas on the top are finish flaws or reflections. |

Location: Seoul, Korea | Thanks for your inputs. It would be really crazy to buy my 4th O's in 4 months. BTW, with so many police-ing here - Tuner Button, Price, etc - and now that Randy is back from vacation, I need to go on one. :D
