A "natural finish" on a guitar does not mean it's raw wood. Wood top guitars have an impregnable top coat of some sort (nitrocellulose lacquer, french lacquer, polyurethane). Rubbing bees wax on the guitar top would just leave a coating of bees wax on top of that hard top finish and do nothing for the wood.
