| Hello the name is Dave and I need some help with an Ovation Preacher I recently acquired. What I want to find out is what this is located under the bridge of my guitar. There is a screened lead running to it and it is wired to one of the pots. As far as I can tell it seems to be factory fitted.
Thank you. |

| There is a ground wire as well as this screened lead. The screened lead is wired to a small block fixed to the bottom of the bridge. This lead is then wired to the bridge pickup tone pot. I will post a photo once I am able to do so. |

The Chrome or Gold Solidbody Bridges have a ground wire.

| Hi there is a ground wire to the bridge but this lead is screened and goes to a small block fitted to the underside of the bridge. The other end is then wired to the bridge tone pot. I tried to post a photo here but was unable to do so. |

Do you have the picture online somewhere, or just on your computer? |
