Location: Phoenix AZ | If you are in the East Valley, I recommend Ron at The Music Store at intersection of Loop 101 and Baseline Road. The store does not sell Ovation (they focus on Takamine and Martin), but I have taken a few Ovations there and they do good work.
If your 12-string has a top raise or sink issue, or needs a neck reset you may be out of luck. In that case try Milano's Music, who are an Ovation dealer.
