Location: Phoenix, AZ		I recently purchased a model 1758 Elite 12 string, made in 1991. I absolutely love the feel and the sound of this guitar! Currenty, i have light Elixir Nanowebs installed, but I am looking for recommendations on what strings perform best on this guitar from others who have a simliar model.

Location: Tennessee		I like the Pyramid 80/20 acoustic (not the Gold flat wounds) strings best. For whatever reason, they just chime on my CL12 like no other and have a snap that works well for how I play 12 strings. YMMV. And they last a long time, even though they are not coated. I'll try different strings from time to time and always come back to these.

Ditto,I use exactly the same, on my Elite 12, wouldn't use anything else.
