Hiya, Webster!
Persently I'm visiting with a Martin OM-42, My Ovation Elite 1537-5 and my Admas 1680 ... I need another guitar like I need ... well ... never mind ... It's been a helluva past few months, and it is amazing that I've been playing at all. Woodrow, yer killin' me.

Not exactly sure why my obvious sense of humor managed to draw some wrath? Uptight people? I don't know. My comment implied that this is a stunning instrument and that regretfully I have no chance of buying it right now. I do own over 17 nice Ovations and I believe I'm a good guy. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Thanks MW. I must admit I was shocked when I saw the response. I have read numerous attempts at humor on this site. Heck, it's a great entertaining site

Some of those special runs were truly fantastic guitars and this one definitely was. A beauty for sure. The new holder should be very impressed. Glad it's staying close to the family!

I'm downsizing because I overdid the upsizing! My climate controlled cabinet is too full. In retirement I am playing more than ever, and blessed with an abundance of top-tier instruments!
Last night we played an impromptu family show. Me and two of the grandkids. The 8 yr old sang "Shallow", and also accompanied other songs on kazoo. The 6 yr old added cowbell.

I've determined where I went wrong in believing this guitar is now in Boston. One like it, is now in Boston. I thought the writing on the label (Dover Wells? - can't completely make it out) meant it was built for a particular consumer, but obviously not as it is written on more than one. The grain is definitely different from the guitar I posted, so I stand corrected!
