About the Op24+ Preamp

ryden Posted 2013-10-08 4:54 AM (#477802) Subject: About the Op24+ Preamp Joined: April 2013 Posts: 8 Hi, I've recently seen an acoustic bass with this preamp OP24+, the same one I have on my Ovation I asume that this is the same preamp guitars have, is this correct ? Does anybody now if this was used only in USA guitars or also in the ones made overseas? It was in guitars, basses, and mandolin's.. Presumably the same unit across the board. Post some pics of the bass and maybe some eagle eyes can look for some telltale signs to help determine it's origin.
