Location: Eaton, Indiana | I am an old guy. I was around when the first ovations came out. I was working in a music store in North Dakota when the rep was showing us how stong the ovation bodys were. He laid the guitar on the floor on its face and stood on it. Not a recommeded practice but he proved his point. I have been a repairman specializing in Ovations since the 70's and have only seen two bodys which were broken, both by serious accidents.
