Thanksforallthefish Posted 2008-02-21 8:46 PM (#53442) Subject: ghost in the machine... self fixing guitar Joined: November 2004 Posts: 1374 the Bluebird/UKXII has healed itself... dunno how.. picked it up today, and ran it through the cream machine. anyway, the bridge pickup is now functioning properly, the phase switch is working, and the nasty hum has gone away. maybe it was dirt in the switch or ? anyway, it now plays nice, and lots of different tones.. :D playing some Petty licks and noodling around.
