Location: Waterloo, IL | Ah, the fun of being out on the road, with only an occasion trip out on the info superhighway along the way. Picked up a bad case of GAS last week. Bid on one Legend, lost by $5.00. Out on the 'net again, after another Legend. Struck paydirt this time. Even got the wife to make the paypal payment for me since I didn't have internet access at the time.
The Legend made it to the house today. I won't be home until late next week. Talked to a trusted friend that has played guitar for a long time, and he went over to the house to check it out for me. His word is that it is a real Keeper! Now I just have to wait patiently as I drive down the highway to keep my mind on my driving, and not just dreaming of playing my latest acquisition! |

Location: Waterloo, IL | :) From northern Wisconsin where I put in the bid on the Bay for the Legend, up to northern Maine where I paid for it (actually the wife paid for it), and now on my way to middle Missouri. Was able to stop for the night close enough to home to swing by for the night before heading out early in the morning. The legend sings out very well. Just couldn't resist picking it up and playing some before I crash out for the night. A very worthwhile purchase! ;) |
