Location: Upper Left USA | I plucked this off of Ebay some time ago. Standard story about a relative that used to work at Ovation, said this was a sample sent from the Europe builder for pre manufacture considerations. Does anyone know any better? Here's one from Dave's site.

" So about 9 months ago I tore down my Man Cave to make it a bedroom and my kids/grandkids moved in with us. Now they are out and I'm unpacking stuff and repurposing the room for my purposes (smile). Choices: A - Hang on to it as an Ovation museum piece that only a dozen or so people understand or appreciate. B - Find the hardware and turn it into a working neo-vintage instrument myself. C - Send it to Mother and ask them to finish what they started. D - Sell or Trade to an OFCer to do one of the above. E - Make a lamp my Wife will hate...

They do make Guilds in same place you know...
Timing and presentation is important.
I know I've spent my share of rants on the Fenderization of Ovation but at the heart of it all is the people that put these instruments together under one roof.
I'd like to see Patch or myself come through with a project that can bridge the distance between the eras and the labels. That Guild trapeze looks pretty cool and could balance an Adamas Headstock quite nicely.
Just saying... |

Just pick up an old T-Head as a parts donor and make the transfer.
