I have a problem with the top-coat lifting on the head of my 2006 ADII.

Hopefully the photo will show you, but the top-coat is lifting from around the nuts on all of the tuners.

So I'm wondering what to do to fix it.

First thoughts are to try superglue around one tuner and sand then buff it, in the same way as with the finish coat on the soundboard that people have done.

I'm open to suggestions.

Probably slow & laborious, but cyanoacrylate may be the best method. It will "wick" under the edges of the topcoat, where application of 2-part polyester may not. It just may take several coatings for that large boo-boo you have there.
Best of luck!

Try the Cyano and if it fails sand off the entire face, place a new logo and spray.

Since the Neck is removable (yes?) I'd ship it to Mother!

Thanks guys. I'll try the cyanoacrylate.

I've fixed some dings on my Folklore with cyano, which have come up quite well.
