I wanted to share that, cuz after I take it out and play it that shine will be gone.

Anyway... I just got this and I wanted to brag and comment.
I owned one of these back in 2010 and I remember it as being quite heavy.
That was one of the reasons that I sold it. But this one is quite light.
It is lighter than the VXT and about the same weight as the Flamer T... Why?
Cuz the other one was quite heavy.
Different wood? Less dense Mahogany? (or nato, or whatever they use)

Anyway, this will be light enough to carry-out on my bicycle.
And sturdy enough to play on the streets.

I do!

While I was carrying this to my room from the UPS guy,a neighbor asked me "how many guitars do you own?" I was kinda embarrassed to tell him.

Plus, I just need to play more!

This is my Latest project piece... Practice makes... bearable.

Ooo! I am in Luv. And I made a discovery.
I put Martin Silk & Steel strings on the Viper and it Plays Great.
And the white strings look purdy.

I had to add a couple of home-made shims for the lighter strings.

I am really pleased with the tone with these strings.
With the previous strings it sounded too bright and tinny. (D'Addario EJ-something-or-other)
But with the Silk-n-Steel I have a full range of tone that I can change with the EQ.
From mellow tones to brighter tones.
Plus these strings feel almost like nylon strings.

I am Pleased and I would recommend anybody to try them on their Viper.
