our local music store just sent me an e-mail that they now are a distributor for duesenburg guitars.i have never heard of them but from the looks and cost they seem like high end electric guitars.
has anyone of you played one or heard one?
it is interesting to see that a german guitar company believes and has the faith that there is still a large enough american market for higher end guitars over here. GWB

Damon, I think you meant MIKE Campbell, but spell checkers up in your area just assume you want to type the name of that little athletic shoe company from Seattle.

i played the two that our local store had in stock today ( unplugged ) and they play effortlesley . they have a beautiful neck that is a little thicker than a gibson es 335 and the action is set low and fast , the weight is a little bit less than the gibson 335. they have extrordinary looks and appeal and all of the hardware , tuners and paint look first class. i compare it to the gibson es 335 because they are arch top guitars and that is what i am a bit familiar with.i think that have a great guitar that could have a great following in the usa. the one i liked the most was this one. they told me that the list was $3300.00 but they would sell for $2800.00 GWB
