| Hello folks. This is my first post on the forum.
I have CC-074 acoustic/electric bass with the DJ-4 preamp. There is no output at all. The battery is good. I have 9v coming out of the batt compartment cable that goes to the preamp. When looking inside, all the cables are plugged into the preamp. The output jack wires are securely soldered. I'm assuming the preamp has failed but if you have additional troubleshooting ideas, I would love to hear.
Also, I would like to know how to remove this preamp in the event it needs to be replaced. Someone said to peel off the label and there are screws under there but I haven't tried that yet. I don't see any clips inside that holds the preamp to the bass.
