| Hi,
I just purchased a new custom legend with an OpPro/Studio pre. The phantom power option seems to work OK, with a dummy jack in the 1/4 jack socket, but when I use the 1/4 jack socket on it own, I can hear a high frequency hum. Anyone know what this is?

| Oops, it doesn't use phantom power..., doh! The XLR socket works fine, with a dummy plug, but there is a buzz when I use the 1/4 jack on its own? The buzz is the same frequency as D#! I can also hear my mobile phone clicking when it's near the guitar. May be I blew a filter when I used phantom power? Any ideas, anyone? | |
