Location: Norton VA | Doesn't look like anyone wants to buy my Balladeer so I will try another. Am beginning to think that most folks are broke like myself. This guitar is a beautiful Model 1985-1, s/n 1734. It looks as new, plays great, sounds great and comes with the original case and papers. You would be hard pressed to find another this good at age 28. Price is $600.00 plus shipping.

Location: Flahdaw | Another beauty. Hey Papap, the Balladeer was only posted a few days ago.....give it some time and it'll sell. Believe it or not, sometimes it may take a week or two to sell something here. But if it's nice and the price is right, a buyer WILL show up. |

I've bought two in the past 2 months from here and had one of them not been an 84 Collectors, we would probably be having a talk right now about your '85 I do have a particular love for that particular model because Alex Lifeson used to play one on stage... And I'm a HUMOUNGOUS Alex Lifeson fan.

Location: Norton VA | Thank you Mr. Bob G for the pep talk. Normally I am a patient old man but right now there is this Gibson Mastertone Banjo just calling my name. I figure a banjo picker with a banjo is just barely useful and a picker without one is totally useless. I'm just trying to finance my way out of that latter category, thus my impatience. |

I don't see any recent posting for a Balladeer by Papap. |

Done deal: "Sweetheart, I love you so much and 1985 was the year I made the best ever decision of my life. I know you don't play, but I couldn't resist buying you this guitar as a commemoration of our love". Anyone got a 1996 Collectors for sale? (What was that one anyway?) |

The 1996 collectors was a 30th anniversary legend style,mid-depth bowl in burgundy with the HexFx preamp.
