I think the couch caused a flashback when I looked at the picture. The pickguard turned into a tiger and pounced. Once I recovered, I saw the beautiful guitar. This isn't your first, is it?

Stephen, we are all friends here, it is for your own good, we talked and we need to schedule an intervention.

Stop, don't play it...send it to San Diego. We are only thinking of what is best for you...this will only lead to the dark side. Remember, this is for your own good. You'll eventually understand, and thank us.

Don't have it yet but the hunt is half the fun.
While I'm not usually a fan of sunbursts, the Collings sunbursts just draw me in like a moth to a flame.

No Jim, the one I have custom ordered is an OM sunburst cutaway with an inlaid rose in the headstock. Won't see that one before October.

Boy, you guys seem to have a lot of money to spend on guitars. With a wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a mortgage I can't afford, $200 a day plus expenses just doesn't seem to go that far. Thank god I've got my one or two guitars to tide me over......

Have you seen the auction just below it? Blatant use of the 'sex sells' strategy.

I must admit, it caught my eye.

"I think I might be developing a problem!"

I nominate these sentiments for the first annual official OFC "Under-Statement of the Year" award.

Damn those snipers....

Almost got through my defenses (less than $17 from my limit) but this one is coming home to poppa!

Damn, I love these C-10s. What an all around excellent guitar and according to Beal, the deep bowl version is really special!

Pitiful that we live less than 30 miles away and yet have to go to Amelia Island to hang out together and play.

NO. They state very clearly "WE DO NOT OFFER ELECTRONICS IN ANY OUR OUR ACOUSTIC GUITARS" period, end of discussion, don't even ask.

I applaud them for it. Stick to what you do best. Folks that play them out have aftermarket electronics put in them. Fishmans, K&K, that sort of stuff. I use a Fishman Eclipse Blend in one of my acoustics and would not hesitate to put that in any guitar.

The Maple Collings C10 I just picked up has an aftermarket K&K Pure Western installed and it sounds terrific....very natural sounding when amplified.

Totally invisible and plugs into the endpin jack.

Sounds great through the Genz Benz.

Professor, you just need to come over and try out a few......but don't say you haven't been warned!

Problem? I don't see a problem here. I have a C10 and it is, without a doubt(in my evaluation)the best guitar i have ever owned.

Congratulations Mr. Terry!

We need to make a date, Stephen. I love it when you buy all this high-end gear because you can't keep it all and when you run out of room, you usually give your OFC neighbors the right to a pre-opening view of your yard sale. What a friend we have in Stephen.
