An absolute classic!
she still has a great tone and projection, is super easy and fast to play!
She's nearly 35 years old now so has varnish cracks and bleaching on some edges, and one ding in the head stock.
Apart from that, she’s fine!
Real varnished 5 piece neck, which is straight and solid, in the old V style profile! Frets are fine. Perfect to play! These early Ovations were a bit better than “some” of the newer ones because of using classic old materials. But to each his own! I don’t want to start an OFC war, just becos of my opinion!
(I do also have an Al di CL & 2008 CE Adamas – both stunning guitars!)
If you know John Mclaughlin's music – one of the greatest guitarist of our era - check out The Meeting of the Spirits concert, 1979! This is the same model guitar he played amazingly in that! Thats why I bought this one at this vintage!

People can email you through this website using the [PM] button.
You can post an email... People often use the words AT and DOT instead of the characters to avoid "crawlers" or "bots" that search for email addresses to spam.
The same goes for your phone number... You can post it, but you might be opening yourself up to robo-calls.
But people can Private Message you.
