Anyone ever ship a guitar to Singapore? I can't imagine how much would be involved.

It depends on the guitar.....one thing for sure it will be expensive.

Looks like USPS has the same shipping size limitations as Australia

"Maximum length: 46 inches
Maximum width: 35 inches
Maximum height: 46 inches
Maximum length and girth combined: 108 inches"

Good luck!!

Go to www.usps.com and get your estimate.
Common mistakes are to use "Flat Rate" or not read the dimensional limits as AJ says.

You can also run through UPS and FedEx for your quote.

Make sure you use a realistic shipping size and weight (most any music store can provide you with a shipping box if you give them a week).

Commonly I end up with these dimensions:

Acoustic - 48"x20"x10" at 25 lbs.
Electric - 46"x18"x9" at 15-20 lbs.

It appears that the usps will not ship a box over 46" And ups or fedex are crazy pricey.
