I have mentioned before that my ex had an older balladeer that sat too long in the case. It has wood cracks and is seperating from the bowl. He hasn't sent it to me yet so I thought I'd see if it would be cost effective to send it back to the factory. I know I'll wind up with a whole new body attatched to the original neck. I'm just wondering if anyone can guesstimate what it would cost. (Can't get ahold of them now because they are on break until after the first of the year. At least that's the way it was in the old days.)

Thanks.

Fender might have them working 24/7/365!

In 2007 it cost me $525 to have a new top/bowl/body attached to a 1115 neck.
And they painted it Honey-Burst too. Plus dressed the frets.

I'd say OMA is in the ballpark.
Nosebleed section, maybe, but about what I would guess
Glue the top back down, and see if the action can be made tolerable.

I've thought about sending 093 in for a new neck but cringe at the idea of it getting chopped off. Wish there was a way to reset it. It's fine for cowboy chords. Just a shame something that sounds that good isn't getting used to it's full potential.

Doubt it. Sad. The action isn't bad, I'm just spoiled rotten.
