I have a Glenn Campbell Artist S/N F 962 and an Adamas I S/N 633-97 that could use a little spa treatment at the Mothership. The GCA is missing the binding piece near the soundhole and has a recent ding that is starting to spread and crack. The Adamas is fretting out above the twelfth fret.
From what I hear on the OFC their service dept is top notch and since the guitars are both very old it might be a good time to go home for a visit. Any suggestions for additional things to get done while they are there are welcome.
Is there a contact person to ask for when I drop them off? Or do arrangements need to be made in advance? Thanks.

I have mainly dealt with Kim (and I called and he gave me shipping instructions)...but when they get them, they know what they need. Cosmetically, they "fixed" cosmetic blemishes that I didn't see....Both of my guitars have come back to me in new condition, with a professional setup. All of those folks at the MS are top notch and do incredible work. It is plainly evident that they have as much of a personal interest in your Ovation, as you do.

I have dealt with John B, they are nice and will advise anything your guitars need. At the end you will be happy. Oh, I upgraded the electronics on the 1537 and it sounds great.
