You have to try out these V-Picks. My luthier sold me one of his. A 2.75 mm thick Tradition. It's shaped like a regular pick. It improved my playing immediately. They are very fast and the hotter your hands get, the easier they are to hold. So I ordered 2 acoustic picks, at 2.75 mm, and they are larger and triangular. At first, I didn't like them. But now I don't think I'll use a regular pick much. If someone else has tried them. Please tell me what you think. What kind you got. The mm thickness. These people have a $34.99 guitar pick. It's 11.85 mm thick. I'm not too sure about that one, but I am going to order 2-4.75 mm traditions. Go to their website. They're handmade and each one is a little different. The acoustic picks I bought had different stuff printed on the pick and one made my guitar sound throatier and the other a little more nasal. They give your guitar a lot more volume for the same amount of pressure. I can't wait to play one on my Strat with all the goodies hooked up. Let me know what you think? IF you've used them. If you haven't I definitely recommend them. I just cannot understand how this guy makes a pick you don't have to keep moving around.

One more thing. I have been using a .70 mm Tortex. I never thought I would switch. The only minus is that most are clear. You can order red ones and glow-in-the-dark ones. Carlos Santana uses one.
