I know overkill is a rare phenomenon around here, but I couldn't help myself.

My old 20W practice amp is dying a slow death, so I started keeping half an eye out for a replacement. I was thinking Genz-Benz, or Acoustisonic, maybe 30-60W. But I had played with one of these years back in a store and loved it, so when one showed up on CL for $150 and the guy was willing to ship it, I jumped.

I'll tell you what. It's a darn fine amplifier for someone who hardly ever plays out anymore.

Overkill?

What overkill?

NICE! Saw one in a pawn shop last year but didn't try it out.
