OK gang.  I'm selling a vintage Echoplex.  There's one on Ebay right now bidding at just a tad over $300.  I'm not sure mine has the stand, but it very well may have.  I just have to find it, as I'm still digging through stuff for the garage sale.

So, since I HAVE to post a price, let's say $300 plus shipping & handling.  Make me an offer I can't refuse.  Since I never 'plug in', and have no idea exactly how this thing works, I don't want to drag it with me when I move.

Email me for a photo, 'cause I just don't have the time to fool around with getting them put up on here right now.

I don't even KNOW what else I've got (silent scream!)  Thanks for looking.  Of course any sale will result in a donation to the OFC.

Wow Willa. Not a single picture and just like that...sold. Hell, I didn't even get a chance to look up what an Echoplex was? You must have a great personality! Congrats!

good price even if it was non-working but repairable.
that is why it did not last long.

Jim, an Echoplex is REALLY cool!  I had a Wurlitzer A200 too which had a very cool sound to it ... definitely vintage.  I had a bunch of stuff stored on pallets in my garage.  A 16 year old boy came over and snatched it up.  I also have a very cool Magnatone M10 (tube) guitar amp.  Someone is interested in that right now, so a sale may be pending, but I'm going over it to make sure it is in perfect working order first.  See photo below.  These things really stir up 'memories' of a certain type of (wonderful) nostalgic, awesome sound.  Yikes.  Moving is hell!  As for my "great personality", well, maybe ... that is, if I'm not cranky, ha.    My Magnatone M10 looks exactly like this, including the gold ring stain from the speaker behind the front, but mine is in better condition but missing a knob.

Didn't realize you were moving. That's a job that always sucks. Yet, it is also a new beginning too...so hopefully, that part will go well for you. Are you moving into a smaller place? Does this mean you'll be selling some of those stringed beauties of yours?

Jim,

Yes, I am moving and I will be selling some of my stringed beauties, but right now I'm nuts just selling other stuff. A lot of my electronic stuff, like amps, etc., are moving faster than I ever thought they would. Yay! Moving is torture. Except for my guitars, I swear to God I am going "Zen" after this! A few pillows and a whole bunch of guitars, ha.
