Anyone know what type of pickup the 1751 has ? I haven't found it at Ovation or anywhere else. The pre-Amp, sure. The pickup ... coming up blank.

How can you tell ? Based on the saddle shape ? I found other close-ups that seemed to be the same. I thought the difference between a 1751 and a 1755 Custom Balladeer was bling, but it might be a different pick-up as well.

Yes, I am just guessing by the shape.
I am sure that there are other weird pickups...
But generally, the Wide Saddles are the Original Patented Pickup...
And the Thin ones are the ThinLine. (or is it the SlimLine pickup?)
The thin ones are the CP-100 pickups.

There is also other pickups like the Stereo Pickups and HEX(?)...
That is getting into overly technical stuff.

I'd contact Al Pep at Lost Art Vintage.

If anyone knows, he'd be the one.
