Location: Fort Worth, TX | Well, the big day is tomorrow, Saturday. I will walk my baby girl super model down the aisle and give her away. I'm already as nervous about it as the groom should be. ON TOPIC point of this post is I was unsuccessful learning the Wedding Song in time from the Artist formerly known as Dark Bar's website to play it at the wedding. Bob said he doesn't do tabs which I could have nailed it with. Oh well, I tried !

Seriously???? No offense, by I learned that song by ear...plucking it out of the ether. I would think that anyone who's been playing guitar for a number of years would be able to figure that song out very easily. You don't HAVE to follow any particular picking pattern, just pick the strings and notes that sound good to your ear. I am constantly amazed at the number of people who get mad at my videos 'cos I didn't post picking patterns or tabs. I'm taking time out of my life to post tutorials FREE OF CHARGE, and people get mad at me 'cos I didn't do enough...????? |

Seriously? There's at least 3 tab version on Chordie alone. |

Another problem with his videos is you never see his head in them. Anyone met him in person... is he like, hideously ugly or something?
To tell ya the truth, I have no problem at all picking up a song in a short time from Bob's website by ear. There were just a few I couldn't even remotely figure out what he was doing and asked him if tabs were hidden somewhere and it was then I learned that he's the only tutorial site that doesn't provide them. Such a rebel. |

"Hideously" is such a strong word (then again, Greg Allman has never hit on me, probably for a reason...) |
