I'm selling my 1858 which is in great playing condition, yet is has three splits in the top finish by the bridge. I was wondering if any have had this and how hard a sell that may be, being that it may look scary to the buyer who is worried that it is in the wood. I noticed these sell for a good amount used, how much will this decrease value?
Thanks, Jesse

Hi Jesse,

To answer your question, photos will be needed.

If you cannot post photos here yet, you should post a link to a photobucket page with the images.

Once people can see the guitar they may be able to answer your question.
