Location: Upper Left USA | This is a flawless example of the 2007 BCS that have to be one of the more playable and sweet sounding USA made O's. This one has great figure and comes with a 9158 case. Shipped in the CONUS for $950.00 http://www.ovationfanclub.com/megabbs/photos/photo-thumbnails.asp?albumid=49&useralbum=2043 |

Location: Tennessee | Wish mine still looked that good, but it's the ultimate gigging guitar for me so it gets played out all the time. And deservedly so. Sounds fantastic. lady stonebobbo consistently picks that guitar as the one that sounds best when I play, especially when plugged in. |

Location: Upper Left USA | This is actually my Third 2007BCS and I pursued it because I missed the others and swore not to part.
Very playable and sweet sounding. They are examples of the "LX" technologies at their highpoint and the inlaid Spalted Maple on the Bear Claw Spuce is a match made in... Connecticut!
This is the guitar to have if you were on a budget and could only have one guitar.
Why?
I have a KoaLAVA, an Adamas Baritone and more guitars than talent. I am also looking into surrendering my Man-Cave to prepare our home for sale. |

Besides the standard width of the neck I might say that the 07 is a little more "nimble", as in more projecting with less attack.
The LAV has a lower resonance.
You've heard it echoed in other's responses, theres just something "Right" about the 07. I think it represents the peak of the LX inovations and process before the sign over the door changed.

That is a beautiful guitar and I'd love to own it.
Unfortunately, I don't have the cash stashed to purchase it outright.
Tell me more about the 'OFC Layaway-delivery when SWMBO's away Plan'

This is a great deal on a wonderful sounding and playing American-Made instrument. Good luck on the sale.

Location: Sydney, Australia | I need her to move first on something I'm totally opposed to. Replacing the (perfectly functional, undamaged) kitchen bench cost her a custom LAV Koa. I'm not sure what her next unreasonable demand is, but if it happens soon, you'll know about it.
I used to try and stop her from these projects, now I just impose a guitar quid pro quo. |

TAFKAR kindly pointed me towards this guitar.
It sounds like it could fit my needs.
Does shipping to CONUS include APOs? |

In my case, it was a 37" x 14" x 6" box (77" girth) that weighed 10Lbs.
