Location: Germany, where delicious wine is growing (Rheinh) | Wonderful guitar, Karl! Best of luck with that sale. I think it must be sounding really well with the OPTIMA-Preamp. In my opinion it is still the best preamp you can get and the 1688 the best 12er.
