Location: Route 66, just east of the Cadillac Ranch | I've never played a KOA, but the 08C is...let's just say special. Hand-laid glass contour back, 1 3/4" neck, single epaulet, slot head, sparkly top, gold binding, and it sounds like an Adamas. Ah....... |

Location: East Wenatchee, WA | I play the snot out of my 08C. Love the guitar. At times I feel guilty as it is creating some wear and tear, but I figure collector or not....why did I pay the price for the thing if I am not going to enjoy (and let others enjoy) the beauty of it. We lead Wednesday night worship at our church and every week someone comes up and says "I cannot believe the sound that comes out of that thing".
So I will play it until it wears out. Have it rebuilt and play it some more. |

Location: Sydney, Australia | I have the 08C. Like JeffreyD I love it and play it whenever I can. I figure if the frets and fretboard wear out I'll hand it to The Wizz for a re-fret and fretboard repair, then start again. I don't have the 09C, but I do have a Lost Art Koa on the way to me. |
