Hi! I'm new to the forum. I just bought an Ovation model 1122-4 classical guitar from a pawn shop. It had no case. I'm trying to determine what size case will fit it. In looking at the list of models on the forum it states that the bowl size is an Artist. Would that be a deep bowl case or what?
Thanks for your help.

Back when they made the Artist Bowl, Ovation already had a Deep Bowl and a Shallow Bowl.
So the Artist Bowl was in between.
Nowadays we would not think of the old Shallow Bowl as being that shallow.
It was not like the current Super-Shallow Bowl.

To answer your question, when you buy a case you will want a Deep/Mid Depth case.
That would be a 8158, a 9158, or 8358 Foam Core zipper case (Zero Gravity Case).
There are also Road Runner cases...
But you want a case for a Mid-Depth Bowl.
