Hello everyone,

I purchased the 12 string on ebay for about $500. When I received it I noticed that the bridge is slightly lifted and one can feel a "ridge" or "wrinkle" where the bracing is located above and below the soundhole. When observed from certain angles, the top immediatley surrounding the soundhole appears to be sunken a bit. There are no cracks in the top anywhere. The guitar seems to have been well cared for...only blemishes are scratches from picks.

Also, the relief on the neck drops a bit. The seller has the neck set to where the action is pretty good on it. I am having a little trouble with the intonation.

I would like to hear from anyone about whether this is rather normal for the O in question? With it in this condition, should I expect it to last much longer?

Does this happen to Elites and Adamas 12 strings as well as they age?

The seller will take it back. So I am considering that and just saving more money for an Adamas 6 or 12 string later.

I will try to attach photos.

Thanks
