Stuff that works on stage often doesn't work on camera.
Big Eyes just look like your eyes are open when the audience is 40' - 300' away.
Elvis' lipstick would have looked pretty silly on a colour TV too....

Me, too, Allison. That guitar looks pretty beat up when the light hits it a certain way. My first reaction was to want to call the Fashion Police ~ those SHOULDER PADS ~ good grief! But I sure do like the guitar.
